Beer List

We have four regular ales on tap at all times, Hairy Weasel Hefeweizen, Barracuda Blonde, Raging Rhino Red, and Bombay Bomber IPA (India Pale Ale). We also serve at least one seasonal beer, and there's always a stout or porter on tap.

HAIRY WEASEL™ HEFEWEIZEN
A straw yellow effervescent slightly cloudy wheat beer.
Mild in flavor, our lightest offering is served with a slice of lemon.

BARRACUDA BLONDE™
A light golden, effervescent, American-style cream ale.
Crisp and delicate.

RAGING RHINO® RED
Deep red-amber color, crisp hoppy aroma, and a luscious
combination of roasted toffee and caramel make this Scotish Ale a favorite.

BOMBAY BOMBER™ IPA
Deep gold color. Citrus-floral hop nose with lots of malt flavors,
leading to an intense hop finish. A well-balanced India Pale Ale.

SEASONAL BEERS

TERRAPIN ALE
Robust Pale Ale with lots of hops and hints of roasty malt.

WHITE DOG
Deep gold session beer. A British-style Pale Ale made with
American ingredients.

TITANIUM WHEAT
A light American-style Wheat Ale, dry-hopped for an assertive finish.

HOPASAURUS REX
The king of Imperial India Pale Ales. Extra bitter! If you love hops, you'll
love Hopasaurus Rex. (100 IBU) A surprisingly balanced cult favorite.

WANDERLUST WILD RICE
A tawny dark brown Ale. Using over 15 % Ojibwa-harvested
wild rice from Minnesota gives this beer a slightly sweet nutty character.

RAZZMATAZZ
It's pink with a pink head! Made with Oregon red raspberries,
wheat and Rye. Mild and fruity, yet it tastes like beer. Ten years
ago, a lot of people went nuts for it at the Oregon Brewers
Festival in Portland.

HEAT MISER
Our winter warmer is a dark reddish-brown Strong Ale.
Deep caramel malt flavor with a hoppy finish.

HARVEST RYE ALE
Chestnut brown color and a slight chocolate flavor. Rye provides body
and adds malt character. Very yummy and easy drinking.

BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY PILSNER
Deep gold traditional pilsner with crisp hop bitterness. The backbone of
100% imported Bohemian pilsner malt is balanced with the spiciness of
Saaz hops. Lagered (aged) for eight weeks! (Winter only.)

ANNIVERSARY ALE
Deep copper color and complex anise-raisin aromas. Guaranteed to warm you in the winter months. (Gold Medal - 1995 Great American Beer Festival)

DARK BEERS

FRENCH PETE PORTER
Dark brown and creamy, with a full-bodied malty flavor and a smooth
clean finish.

FINNEGAN'S WAKE
A rich, dry, roasty, black medium-bodied stout in the Irish tradition.

McFADDIN OATMEAL STOUT
Rich black color. Smooth creamy roasty-toasty taste. Flaked oats
provide a nuanced biscuit aroma.

DUBLIN DRY STOUT
A rich, dry, roasty black medium-bodied stout in the Irish tradition.

Draft root beer - made onsite in our brewery.
Extra spicy herbal taste with notes of wintergreen, and cinnamon. Not for the faint of heart. Stands up to two scoops of vanilla ice cream in our Rootbeer Float. Made with real cane sugar.
